With nine event locations for more than 120,000 people, DüsseldorfCongress Veranstaltungs-GmbH is indisputably at the top of the European event industry. Meanwhile, nine business and event venues are united under the location supplier's umbrella. Next to the CCD Congress Center Düsseldorf, the event company operates the three event halls ESPRIT arena, ISS DOME and PHILIPSHALLE.

Each year the event company counts more than 2,000 events with roughly two million visitors at its various locations. Indeed, DüsseldorfCongress has quadrupled its visitor numbers since going into business in 1995. At that time the company only operated the CCD Congress Center Düsseldorf. With a maximum capacity for up to 15,000 visitors, the CCD Congress Center Düsseldorf is still the third largest congress centre in Germany and the largest on the Rhine. In addition to the CCD Congress Center Düsseldorf the company also markets the exhibition halls outside the trade fair calendar as well as the two Special Locations museum kunst palast and Station Airport as venues for business events.

Furthermore, Düsseldorf’s three public event venues the PHILIPSHALLE, ISS DOME and the ESPRIT arena are also part of the event organiser’s location portfolio. The PHILIPSHALLE holds up to 7,500 spectators at concerts and shows as well as at international sporting events. Since 2005 the event organiser has also operated the ESPRIT arena – a venue for mega events with a total capacity of 66,000 people.

On 2 September 2006 the hall capacity provided by the organising company was completed with the opening of the ISS DOME. The new event hall features a total capacity of 13,400 people.
