Kindly note that these room rental calculations should be taken only as a guideline figure. You will obtain binding quotes for your event inquiry from our staff.
Maximum total capacity with simultaneous occupancy of the rooms indicated:
1 = 330 people
2 = 344 people
3 = 600 people

This price includes the following services:
Room rental*
Loudspeaker system incl. 6 wired microphones**
Spotlight system
Sound and lighting engineers**, ***
Cloakroom attendants****
Toilet attendants****
Security control at the entrance *****
Not included in the price are parking costs. These are charged at the rate of € 8.00 per day and vehicle.

The above rental rates are full-day prices for the period from 9.00-18.00. Calculation of the rental for rooms X+Y, X, Y is based on 8-hour use. The restaurant is charged only when used as a seminar room or used alone. |
