Kindly note that these room rental calculations should be taken only as a guideline figure. You will obtain binding quotes for your event inquiry from our staff.

Maximum total capacity with simultaneous occupancy of the rooms indicated:
1 = 330 people
2 = 344 people
3 = 600 people
4 = * Kindly submit a separate request for proposal.


This price includes the following services:
Room rental*
Loudspeaker system incl. 6 wired microphones**

Sound and lighting engineers**, ***
Cloakroom attendants****
Toilet attendants****
Security control at the entrance *****

Not included in the price are parking costs. These are charged at the rate of € 8.00 per day and vehicle.

Legend:
* The above rental rates are full-day prices for the period from 9.00-18.00. Calculation of the rental for rooms X+Y, X, Y is based on 8-hour use. The restaurant is charged only when used as a seminar room or used alone.
** Not provided for in rooms of less than 39 m²
*** In rooms X+Y, X, Y, 1, 2 and 3 at least two engineers (sound/lighting) are necessary. In all other rooms one engineer is needed.
**** The number of service staff depends on the number of participants expected.
***** 1 attendant per event day.
