Hall 1 – extending over an area of altogether 7,071 m² – is conspicuous for its flexibility, superb technical standard and excellent appointments. Up to 3,500 seats are available theatre-style, 1,700 classroom-style or 3,000 in banquet form. On the first floor of hall 1 you will also find three perfectly appointed room units that make ideal settings for conferences, seminars, presentations and workshops. The rooms can hold 81 to 188 people, with partial intervisibility between them and the hall. The adjacent foyer, which likewise offers a view into the hall, provides ample space and can be used for relaxed breaks. There is a direct link from hall 1 to the CCD Pavillon containing rooms 15 - 19, to the CCD Stadthalle and to the CCD Süd. Additionally, a link-up is possible to the 263,888 m² of exhibition space in the Messe Düsseldorf halls.
