Based in one of Germany’s most important business and science hubs, located on Messe Düsseldorf premises just three kilometres from Germany’s third largest airport and five kilometres from the Old Town, the CCD Congress Center Düsseldorf complex combines with the adjoining exhibition halls to form a flexible room concept for up to 22,500 visitors.
Around 2,000 events take place at the CCD Congress Center Düsseldorf every year. They include a large number of major national and international conventions as well as high-profile corporate events and high-attendance exhibitions. There are about 15,000 three to five-star hotel rooms available in Düsseldorf.
Due to the adjacent venue grounds with a total area of more than 330,000 sqm and a total capacity for up to 100,000 visitors, a large modular system is available for events of any size and shape. Whether a conference, convention or major event: the highly flexible HORISUM event center can either be used contiguously or as an individual combination of single components.
From November 19th to 21st, 2019, the CCD Congress Center Düsseldorf (CCD) sales team will be present at IBTM World in Barcelona, the international trade fair for meetings, incentives and events.

The CCD Congress Center Düsseldorf is bound by the "fairpflichtet" codex of sustainability, a voluntary commitment by members of the meetings industry in German-speaking countries. Its objective is the continuous improvement of sustainable practices in ecological, social and economic terms. The codex comprises ten guidelines reflecting the qualitative goal: the balancing of economic, ecological and social aspects.
